The PERFECT BINDER 420 automatic bookbinder machine makes professional binding possible. It is essential for those printing houses which are engaged in binding books in large series. Its big advantage is that a vibration plate helps to position better the paper sheets. The adjustment of the milling height happens electrically. The bookbinder machine selects the optimum speed of the clamp automatically depending on the thickness of the document. The gluing length on the spine of the book is adjustable. Glue application is assured on both sides of the book spine. The binding plate is automatic and controlled pneumatically. The binding pressure of the book is adjustable. The thickness of the cover sheet of the book can be set on the operating unit. The machine is equipped with automatic suction cover sheet feeder, which performs the scoring of the cover page at the same time. The functional units of the binding adjusts automatically to the thickness of the book to bind, thus side gluing wheels, glue rollers and width of scoring as well. Optical light curtain takes care of the security of putting in the book. The functionkeys of the system is based on PC, and is a color touch screen. Accessories of the machine are a high-powered vacuuming system which makes the effective extraction of paper chips and glue vapours occurred during the operation, and a motorised reception equipment, which automatically collects the finished documents.
