Die Cutting

The CDR Product Line of Die cutting and creasing equipment includes the SCS Automaberg machinery. The Trim and Perf Line is available in several formats and can be utilized as a multi up punching machine , or for standard die cutting and creasing complete with waste stripping. The Trim and Perf can be used as a stand alone unit, but is often incorporated in other product lines, this could be at the end of a binding machine for punching booklets into shapes or at the feeder end of a folder gluer to die cut blanks for direct transfer into the folding system. The punch and die system and the die cutting operations can switched or mix and matched as required depending on job requirements. Credit cards and loyalty cards are easily produced on the Equipment
