Creasing and Folding

Petratto creasing and folding machines are the most versatile and robust products available in todays marketplace.  Petratto were the first to utilize the steel  die rule and matrix system of creasing. This method recreates the standard  usually associated with a cutting and creasing machine, and is now recognized as the only way to crease heavy stocks, cross grain or digitally printed work. Petratto recognized the difficulty in folding heavy stocks.   Petratto became the first supplier to incorporate rule and matrix creasing and a buckle folding device as one integral machine   Design changes to fold roller layouts and fold plate angles allow Petratto creaser folders to  fold up to 24 point board without cracking curling of the stock.
